A very nice updated home. My family and i have lived here 3 years, and when we bought it, it had new carpet, new central heat and air, new plumbing, and electrical wiring. All new textured walls. Since we haved owned it, we have updated the kitchen and completly remolded it, put all new guttering around the house, and put a torch down roof on the flat roof(only a small portion of house).
